The supplied Crestron Europe certificate names MetaVox International as an authorized Crestron Dealer, entitled to supply, install and service Crestron products under the manufacturer’s terms. The certificate displays the date 06/01/2025 and states annual renewal, with validity subject to the dealer agreement not being terminated. It does not establish an exclusive or GCC-wide territory.
Crestron residential control can bring supported media, lighting, shades and climate into coordinated scenes. Your design must identify the exact platform, processor, interfaces and compatible devices. A Crestron Home configuration and a custom-programmed system have different requirements; we confirm the approach in your proposal.
Bring your floor plans, equipment list and preferred user experience. We review the integration interfaces, network, wiring and control logic before quoting supply, installation, programming and commissioning. Compatibility and access to existing project files are checked before promising an upgrade.
For a service request, send the processor model, interface details and a description of the issue. A survey separates network, device and programming faults. Replacement parts, software changes, backups and response arrangements are defined in the service scope. Ask us for current manufacturer credentials relevant to your project and territory.
