Audio conferencing: let every voice travel clearly
Good meeting audio starts with the room. We review background noise, reflective surfaces, seating positions and microphone-to-talker distance. The design can combine ceiling, tabletop or wireless microphones with acoustic echo cancellation, automixing, noise control and correctly distributed loudspeakers. Commissioning checks speech from each seat and both ends of a call, including simultaneous conversation. Acoustic treatment may still be needed in a reverberant room.
Video conferencing: include people in the room and beyond
Camera choice depends on table shape, distance, sightlines and whether the presenter moves. Wide-angle bars suit compact layouts; longer rooms may need a separate camera, optical zoom or multiple views. We coordinate camera height, displays and lighting to avoid backlit faces and awkward viewing angles. Intelligent framing and tracking are evaluated as model-specific features, with privacy and user control considered during handover.
Presentations & wireless collaboration
Make it easy to show a spreadsheet, design review or presentation from the meeting table. We specify HDMI or USB-C inputs, wireless presentation and switching around the devices your staff and guests use. BYOD/BYOM lets a laptop run the call using compatible room peripherals; a dedicated room system runs the meeting independently. Wireless content sharing does not automatically include wireless access to microphones and cameras.
Room control, scheduling & everyday operation
A clear touch interface can bring displays, source selection, call controls, volume and lighting scenes together. Room-booking panels can indicate availability when integrated with the organisation’s calendar system. We define guest use, room reset, device management and network access with your IT team. Required platform licences, subscriptions and account provisioning are identified in the proposal.
Engineered around your room, not a fixed equipment bundle
MetaVox reviews dimensions, ceiling height, seating, finishes, ambient light, existing equipment and the preferred meeting platform. We then prepare the system architecture, equipment schedule, cable routes, mounting requirements and interfaces with electrical, network and interior works. Display size follows viewing distance and content legibility; microphone coverage follows acoustic conditions. Similar-sized rooms can require different systems.
Installation, commissioning & support in Kuwait
Our proposed scope can cover design, supply, installation coordination, configuration, programming, testing and user training. Handover should include an equipment list, operating guidance and agreed support responsibilities. For existing rooms, we assess what can be reused and what limits performance. Maintenance and AMC proposals define response arrangements, preventive checks, firmware coordination and exclusions.
