Share length, width and clear ceiling height after anticipated finishes. Mark doors, windows, columns, AC outlets and equipment access. Acoustic linings, rear access and seating recline can reduce the space available for aisles and viewing distance.
There is no single minimum room size for every cinema. The practical layout depends on screen width, viewing distance, speaker positions and circulation. A second row also needs unobstructed sightlines and a safe riser design coordinated with the contractor.
